DOS-PRO 1 – dosing station for precise dosing of chemicals

 

DOS-PRO dosing station systems are an ideal choice for dosing chemicals and fluid us systems and systems.

Their most common applications are hypochlorite dosing systems in water supply, antiscalant dosing for membrane filtration (reverse osmosis, water desalinators, etc.), and for chemical treatment in energy (chemicals for cooling water and boiler water).

 

Dosing station DOS-PRO 1 consists of:

  • Dosing diaphragm pump (capacity 1 lit, 20 bar)
  • Suction and dosing valve
  • Chemical level switch in the tank
  • Ready chemicals with a volume of 100 liters

 

Dosing cells can be integrated and enabled by their proportional dosing and management:

  • on/off system via power control
  • connecting to the pulse signal 4 -20 mA
  • impulse signal (flow meter)
