Chlorine dioxide device – LOTUS MINI-8 (capacity 8 g/h ClO2)

LOTUS MINI 8

The system produces, doses and controls chlorine dioxide for water disinfection. Chlorine dioxide is produced from diluted base chemicals: acid-chlorite process using hydrochloric acid (HCl 9%) and sodium chlorite (NaCI02 7.5%). Chlorine dioxide produced by LOTUS MINI is set to be proportional to the flow of circulating water or based on the given value – then it is dosed into the water flow. There is no storage of chlorine dioxide, so there is no gaseous chlorine dioxide or concentrated solutions outside of process application.

LOTUS MINI is designed to produce chlorine dioxide in the reaction chamber. Multifunctional valves at injection points ensure the safety of the reaction chamber. Basic chemicals are stored in tanks and introduced into the reaction chamber via suction pipes. Integrated level switches automatically stop pumps when tanks are empty.
