
Odsoljavanje vode ili desalinizacija je postupak smanjenja (uklanjanja) minerala iz vode..
Nudimo sustave za desalinizaciju morske i boćaste vode.
Jedan kubični kilometar morske vode sadržava oko 40 milijuna minerala ,ukupno otopljene krute tvari (TDS) - kationi: kalcij, magnezij, natrij i kalij, te anioni: karbonati, bikarbonati, kloridi, sulfati i nitrati - povečavaju električnu vodljivost vode i koroziju, te daju neprihvatljiv okus (prihvatljivost određene vode za piće odreduje se prema razini ukupno otopljenih krutih tvari u vodi)
Proces membranske desalinizacije vode - prilikom razdvajanja dvaju tekučina različitih koncentracija (npr. čistu vodu bez soli i solnu otopinu) kroz polupropusnu membranu koja propusta otapalo ( vodu), a ne propusta otopljene minerale, tada prolazi kroz tu membranu samo čista voda u otopinu soli.
Otopina soli se razrijedi, a volumen solne otopine poveća i njezina se razina digne iznad razine čiste vode, te zbog toga dolazi do razlike u pritiscima, što nazivamo osmotski pritisak.

(1) +/- 10% upon commissioning, feed water 2000 PPM total dissolved solids (TDS), 18°C temperature and pH 7. Production decreases with higher amount of TDS or lower temperature and vice versa. Operating pressure is adjustable to compensate salinity or temperature dio erences.
(2) When operating with over 1 PPM chlorinated water, a dechlorinator or dechlorinator system should be installed.
(3) Operative pressure is calculated with a feed water temperature of 18°C, this being the average water temperature value. Most manufacturers calculate working pressure with a temperature of 25°C. At 25°C, CWG units would operate at a lower pressure and, as such, the electricity consumption would be substantially lower.
(4) The permeate water/reject water ration must be adjusted by the Technical Assistance Service and relates to feed water characteristics.
(5) Energy consumption will depend on feed water salinity and temperature.
