Soft-VAD duplex water softener systems meet the continuous consumption of softened water 24 hours a day. The model and capacity of the water softener is selected based on water consumption per hour because it ensures continuous water consumption through 24 hours, regardless of hardness.

Too much limescale in water not only reduces its quality, but is also responsible for calcified pipes and appliances, for example in dishwashers and washing machines, water heaters and boilers. Without a water softening system, appliances lose their performance over the long term, leading to their failure. With a water softening system, you create the ideal basis for softening water and reducing hardness-causing substances such as magnesium and calcium to a minimum.
The SOFT water softening system works by ion exchange, i.e. it exchanges the “hardness minerals” calcium (Ca 2+ ) and magnesium (Mg 2+ ) with sodium ions (Na + ). In the process, it removes scale from your water.
