    VAP 261 – SLUDGE CONDITIONER AND ALKALINE BUILDER IN BOILER WATER

     

    VAP 261 is a Phosphate / Polymer blend to control sludge in boiler systems. The formulation allows also the capability of correcting the Alkalinity in the boiler water. The sludge will be kept in suspension and removed by blow-down, therefore the risk of deposits is minimized.

    Dosage
    Vap 261 must be fed to grant a constant residual amount in the boiler. The standard feed rate is 16 mg/l alkalinity per 100 mg/l VAP 261 . Our Technical Service will recommend the optimal dosage for your system. Vap 261 can be added as product or diluted, directly into the boiler or in the feed water line.
