VAP 244 – MULTI PURPOSE BOILER WATER TREATMENT

 

VAP 244 is an all organic blend of volatile oxygen scavenger and neutralizing amines with a different distribution rate stem/water, working as corrosion inhibitors for steam generator system (feed, boiler, stem/return condensate pipelines VAP 244 has a very fast oxygen scavenger catalyzed and CO2 neutralizing action along pipelines of the entire plant.

Dosage
Sufficient quantity of VAP 244 should be used to keep the residual oxygen scavenger above 100 ppb at the end of the circuit cycle, and th condensate pH between 8,5 and 9,0. Our Technical service will recommend the optimal dosage for Your system-VAP 244 can be feed as it is or diluted in the feed water line, into the de-aerator tank or in boiler system, using a standars dosing pump.
