    POLYFLEX 107  – TOTAL ORGANIC COOLING WATER TREATMENT

     

    POLYFLEX 107 is a multipurpose corrosion inhibitor and scale control product for use in recirculating cooling water systems. Anti-nucleating agents react with polymeric and sequestering ingredients to minimize eliminate and prevent deposit forming materials that retards heat transfer and interfere with effective corrosion control. POLYFLEX 107 is formulated for water operating without the need for pH control (free pH). The specific formulations permits to work with water in circuit at the highest L.I. (> + 3,0) thanks to new effective dispersant action. Polyflex 107 contains yellow metal inhibitor.

    Dosage
    The standard dosage is 100 ppm in recirculating water. Our technical service will advise the correct dosage based upon operating conditions. POLYFLEX 107 may be introduced at full strength or diluted and should be added at any point of the circulation to the basin or at the make – up water inlet.
